These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DeployAI website, the free AI Visibility Audit, and any related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by MMG Technologies LLC, which operates the DeployAI brand. DeployAI is a brand of MMG Technologies LLC. In these Terms, "DeployAI," "MMG Technologies LLC," "we," "us," and "our" refer to MMG Technologies LLC. By accessing this site, booking an audit, or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. The Services
DeployAI helps businesses improve their visibility in AI answer engines and search. The free AI Visibility Audit includes a review of how AI engines reference your business, a visibility assessment, and recommendations. Any ongoing optimization work is described in a separate agreement or proposal.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking or completing intake forms.
3. Free Audit; No Obligation
The AI Visibility Audit is offered free of charge with no purchase obligation. Availability may be limited. We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or limit audits at our discretion.
4. Bookings, No-Shows & Rescheduling
When you book a call, you agree to attend at the scheduled time or reschedule in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in forfeiture of your audit slot.
5. No Contracts; Cancel Anytime
We do not require long-term contracts. If you choose to engage DeployAI for paid services after your audit, those engagements are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period, with no penalty or cancellation fee. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of fees already incurred for services rendered, except as stated in our Refund Policy.
6. Fees & Payment
Fees for any paid Services will be set out in a separate proposal or order. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance, are exclusive of applicable taxes, and are due upon receipt. Late or failed payments may result in suspension of Services.
7. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing timely access, information, and approvals needed for us to perform the Services, and for ensuring you have the right to grant us any access you provide. You remain responsible for your own websites, accounts, content, and business decisions.
8. Results Disclaimer
AI engines and search platforms (including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Copilot, Meta AI, and others) are controlled by third parties and change frequently. We do not control and cannot guarantee how any engine will portray, recommend, rank, or omit your business. Any examples, statistics, or past results are not promises of future outcomes, and individual results vary. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site and materials we create remain the property of DeployAI or its licensors, except deliverables expressly provided to you, which you may use for your own business. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our materials without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeployAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from or related to the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months before the claim, or, for the free audit, USD $100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DeployAI harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
