Refund Policy

DeployAI is a brand of MMG Technologies LLC ("DeployAI," "MMG Technologies LLC," "we," "us," or "our"). This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for the free AI Visibility Audit and for any paid services you may purchase from us.
1. The Free AI Visibility Audit
The AI Visibility Audit is provided free of charge. Because no payment is collected, no refund is applicable.
2. No Contracts; Cancel Anytime
If you choose to engage us for paid services after your audit, those engagements are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. There are no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees.
3. Refunds on Paid Services
- Work already performed. Fees for services already delivered or in progress (including setup, audits, optimization work, and reports) are non-refundable, as the value has been provided.
- Prepaid, unused months. If you prepaid for a period that has not yet begun and no work has started for that period, you may request a refund of the unused, prepaid amount.
- Billing errors. If you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), we will refund the incorrect amount in full once verified.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@trydeployai.com with your business name, the charge in question, and the reason for your request. We aim to review and respond within 5 business days.
5. How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the credit to appear.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
